Come enjoy the fun and charm of Small Town, USA, this Fourth of July in Downtown Luray! Bring your family and friends for a full day of community pride, patriotic fun, and summer excitement on Friday, July 4, 2025.
The day starts at 10:00 AM with the Annual Children’s Parade at Inn Lawn Park. Kids and families are invited to dress in red, white, and blue and join the cheerful march through town, led by a bright fire truck!
Make it a full day by packing a picnic or grabbing a classic meal from one of Luray’s local diners. Stay cool with free drinks and treats, thanks to the Daughters of the American Revolution. While you’re here, walk along Main Street to enjoy patriotic shopping and food deals.
The party gets even better at 5:00 PM with the Downtown Get Down at Ruffner Plaza and the Mechanics Street lot on the Greenway. There will be tasty food trucks, yard games, and live music from local favorites like RockX, Hackens Boys, and Thieves of Burdon playing at both spots.
At sunset, head on over to the Page County Industrial Park Fairgrounds for the big fireworks show! Gates open at 7:00 PM, and the fireworks begin lighting up the sky in a burst of color at dusk.
And don’t forget—before the fireworks, stop by the Performing Arts of Luray from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for live music from Dwight Martin on the outdoor patio.
