The spacious Welcome Center now serves as the central hub for admissions, information, and guest services. The Welcome Center replaces the previous ticketing operation with a modern, guest-focused facility that improves traffic flow, enhances accessibility, and offers a more efficient arrival experience during both busy summer days and peak holiday weekends.
The project also included the construction of a new concourse that better connects the Welcome Center with the many attractions that make up the Luray Caverns campus, including the Car & Carriage Caravan Museum, Shenandoah Heritage Village, Toy Town Junction, the Garden Maze, and the Rope Adventure Park.
