Completed in 1863, this historic estate is located on 150 acres of rolling farmland and just minutes away from downtown Luray, Luray Caverns, and the fabled Shenandoah River. In addition to views of Shenandoah National Park and Blue Ridge Mountains, the estate also features a spacious barn and various outdoor event sites. The estate is also affiliated with Luray Caverns.

The location is very private. The house is accessed by a half mile gated, private road through the rolling fields of a working cattle farm. The farmhouse is surrounded by a formal garden displaying some of the largest boxwoods in Virginia.
The Estate house includes a gourmet kitchen, a large dining area, parlor room, eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Screened porches are located on two levels, including a large entertainment room.
